Technical Support

We're currently looking for people with the right DNA to become out newest Technical Support Specialists. What does a Technical Support Specialist do?

  • Talks to our most prized possession, our customers. We're a technology company, but texting and email can't sooth a customer like hearing the sweet sound of a Technical Support Specialist's voice.
  • Collects details from our customers and inputs them into our Super Fantastic Awesome Issue Tracking System. Really, that is what it is called.
  • Assigns and escalates issues to our technical geniuses. Don't worry, we don't expect you to be an Internet genius. We can always build another one of those. Maybe you can help us do that, too.

What qualifies you to be a Technical Support Specialist?

  • Your personality. We don't need any more robots, we need human beings who can empathize with a customer and help them understand we are working to resolve their issues.
  • Your willingness to help someone in need. You're the kind of person who finds a lost $10 bill and obsesses about finding the proper owner.
  • A confident disposition. You may not always have the answers, but everyone thinks you do.
  • Your vocabulary doesn't include the word "Ummmm...". You're an excellened communicator, and your converstion doesn't require filler.

Partner Marketing Manager


Our ideal candidate has a rich background in the management and execution of partner marketing campaigns and communications! Additionally, this person must have significant experience developing integrated GTM programs designed to support sales and partnership relationships. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with exceptional success and experience in the areas of Channel, Alliance, and Marketing Partnerships, and System Integration Marketing.


LiveChime is seeking a talented Partner Marketing Manager to identifiy, recruit, and manage strategic allicance partners and resellers in verticals such as Internet Yellow Pages, hosting and Online Classified companies. As partners are identified and closed, the Partner Marketing Manager will work with each partner to bring LiveChime products online and integrate them within the marketing objectives of each individual partner to support our revenue objectives.

The Partner Marketing Manager must be able to develop and maintain broad and deep relations with LiveChime Partners; is knowledgeable of the partner's value propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities; develops vision & strategies with the partner; updates partners on the latest LiveChime developments; provides feedback to the partners as needed; develops and executes attainable strategy and plans with market needs in mind; builds multi-level relationships with his/her partner personnel, including those in the executive level; produces high-quality leads through partner engagement; and coordinates with internal LiveChime resources to support partner sales planning and technical intefration efforts.
